How to Make Your Pen drive as Bootable by Command Prompt:
This is MuthuB here, Command prompt is the ever best way to make your pen drive as bootable without any software within short period.
So today I am going to show you how to make your pen drive as bootable by using command prompt.
Before get started make sure that you don’t have any important data on your pen drive because we need to format the it to make it as bootable device using command prompt.
So lets get started…
Connect the pen drive to your computer and open Run window by Pressing Win-Key+R or Search it by the name of Run in all programs. It will look like this
Type the cmd and the hit enter.
Now you will get command prompt like this.

Then type diskpart to get into disk management console via command prompt.
Execute the following seven commands on your computer to make your pen drive as bootable without any soft wares.
Diskpart
List disk
Select disk (disk number shows in your computer for pendrive)
Clean
Create partition primary
Format fs=ntfs quick
Active
The following pictures shows an example that you want to execute it for make your pen drive as bootable by command prompt.
Alright! We have done it.
Now copy paste the windows files as shown in the following figure.
Once the data copied successfully to the pen drive then reboot your computer and go to boot setting in BIOS by pressing Del or Esc or F2 or F9 or F10 or F12.
Depends upon the bios or motherboard manufacturer this function keys might be different for every one.
Set your pen drive as first boot device and then save it.
Now your computer will restart automatically then it will start to boot from your pen drive.
